Weapons

The art of using weapons is fascinating and you get a great workout while doing the forms. Weapons will build up hand and eye coordination, balance, footwork, range familiarization, rhythm, timing and speed.

 Weapons include:

Escrima or Kali Sticks (1 or 2 sticks about 30" in length)

Nun chucks (2 sticks tied together by rope or chain used by farmers to beat grain)

Staffs (long wooden sticks)

Sai (3 prong tool used by farmers to sow seeds)
