Kick Boxing

Kickboxing combines boxing with kicks. This art uses your Hands to block and punch.  You use your feet to kick and block. Basic fundamentals of kickboxing are speed, timing, coordination, distance, rhythm, power, and footwork. Sparring applies these punches , kicks, and blocks in a realistic environment. Kickboxing is very important because it allows you to finish the fight quickly and at a safe distance. Stand up fighting is a fundamental part of martial arts. If you do not want to get taken to the ground, kickboxing is your solution.
